Josh Vanden Branden, a beloved father, husband, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on November 9, 2025. He was 33 years old. Josh’s life was a testament to love, laughter, and living with purpose. Whether serving his country in the Navy, spending time with his family, or simply being a friend to everyone he met, Josh’s presence left an indelible mark on the lives of those who knew him.
A proud Navy veteran, Josh spent years honing his leadership skills and dedication to service. His camaraderie with fellow sailors was well-known, and the bonds he forged during his military years lasted a lifetime. Josh’s friends often recalled how his encouragement and humor always made him the life of the party, lifting spirits even in the toughest of times. Every year, his military retreat was a highlight for those fortunate enough to share in the memories.

After his service, Josh settled in Green Bay, where he dedicated his life to his faith, his family, and his community. He was a devoted father to his children and a loving husband to his wife. His deep love for Jesus guided his actions and decisions, making him an inspiration to those around him. Whether through random acts of kindness or simply offering a listening ear, Josh embodied the values of compassion, integrity, and joy.
