Shannon Lee was a remarkable woman from Oakville, Ontario, whose career, passions, and zest for life touched the lives of many. Known for her infectious positivity and tireless work ethic, Shannon was both a dedicated professional and a cherished friend to all who knew her.
Professionally, Shannon excelled in her role as a project manager with RGT Consulting, a well-regarded firm specializing in corporate strategy. With an impressive background in business administration and a passion for delivering results, Shannon quickly made a name for herself as a leader who could unite teams and manage complex projects with precision and grace. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto and was a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), which further solidified her reputation as an expert in her field. Shannon was especially noted for her work on several high-profile initiatives, where her innovative problem-solving and collaborative approach made her an invaluable asset to her company.

Outside of her professional achievements, Shannon was deeply committed to personal growth and wellness. She was an advocate for mental health awareness and often volunteered with local organizations that provided support to those dealing with anxiety and depression. Her passion for fitness was also well-known, as she regularly participated in marathons and yoga retreats, encouraging others to prioritize both physical and mental well-being.
Shannon’s personal life was filled with love for her family and friends. A devoted sister and aunt, Shannon valued her time spent with loved ones and always prioritized her relationships. She loved exploring the outdoors, whether it was hiking in the Niagara Escarpment or spending summer weekends on the lakeshore. Shannon had an incredible gift for making everyone around her feel special, and she will always be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and her ability to bring people together.
Sadly, Shannon passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2025, after a sudden and tragic accident. Her family and friends are left heartbroken by her loss, but they take comfort in knowing that Shannon’s legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will live on in all who knew her.
In her memory, the family requests donations be made to mental health charities to help continue Shannon’s work in raising awareness and supporting others.
Shannon will be deeply missed, but she will forever hold a place in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Rest in peace, Shannon. Your spirit will never be forgotten.
